Privacy policy

What unsee.dev collects, why, for how long, and who else is involved.

Short version: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no user account on this site. What follows is the exact list of what the site handles.

What we do not collect

  • No analytics or audience measurement tool of any kind.
  • No advertising and no third-party tracker.
  • No payment or card details: they are handled by Tebex and never reach this site.
  • No user account, no password, no newsletter list.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, basket_ident, which links your browser to your Tebex cart. It is strictly necessary for the shop to work, it is not readable by scripts, and it expires after 7 days. Your theme and language preferences are stored in your browser only and never sent to us.

Download counter

The free tools display a download counter. To keep it honest without identifying anyone, the site stores a cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256) of the visitor's IP address for 24 hours, so a same visitor is only counted once per day. The IP address itself is never stored, and the counter itself is only a number.

Orders

Orders are processed by Tebex, which collects the data required for the payment and acts as the seller of record for the transaction. Tebex then notifies us of a completed payment; that notification contains the resource, the amount and the buyer identifier, and is posted to a private staff channel on our Discord so we can follow up on support.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, date, browser) for security and troubleshooting. They rotate automatically and are overwritten after a few weeks.

Who else is involved

  • Tebex Limited (UK) — payment, invoicing and order data. Tebex is the seller of record and acts as data controller for the checkout: its own privacy and cookie policies apply there (https://www.tebex.io/legal/cookie, support at checkout-support@tebex.io). We never receive your card details.
  • Cfx / FiveM — sign-in and delivery of purchased resources.
  • Discord — support, community and internal order notifications.
  • OVH — hosting of the site in France.
  • GitHub — hosting of the MNY Switcher downloads.
  • PayPal — voluntary donations only.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the data we hold about you, and object to its processing. Contact us with the details at the bottom of this page; we answer within a month. If you are in the EU and consider your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (the CNIL in France).

Some of the services above are located outside the European Union, in particular Discord and GitHub, in the United States.
