Refund policy

When a purchase can be refunded, when it cannot, and how to ask for it.

Our resources are digital goods delivered immediately. This page explains, plainly, what we refund and what we do not.

Who decides

The sale is made by Tebex Limited, whose own terms state that purchases are final and not refundable as of right. The policy below is a commercial gesture from unsee: when one of the cases listed here applies, we ask Tebex to issue the refund. It adds to your legal rights, it never replaces them.

Digital delivery and right of withdrawal

A FiveM resource is granted to your Cfx account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Because delivery is immediate and the content cannot be returned, the legal right of withdrawal no longer applies once the resource has been granted. You accept this when you complete the order.

We refund

  • The resource does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
  • You were charged twice for the same resource, or charged for a resource you already own.
  • The resource was never granted to your Cfx account and we cannot deliver it.
  • A billing error on our side.

We do not refund

  • A change of mind after delivery.
  • An incompatibility that is documented on the product page or in the documentation before purchase.
  • A problem caused by a modification you made to the resource.
  • A conflict with a third-party resource we do not publish.
  • The requirements listed on the product page were not met on your server.

How to request a refund

Contact us within 14 days of the purchase, with your order number and a clear description of the problem. Screenshots or server logs help a lot and usually speed things up.

In most cases we will first try to fix the issue: a working resource is better for both of us than a refund. If we cannot, the refund is issued through Tebex, which processed the payment, back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. A chargeback filed without contacting us leads to the revocation of the licence and of the escrow grant, and to the loss of access to support.

Free tools

SeeSafe and MNY Switcher are free, so nothing can be refunded. Donations are voluntary gifts and are not refundable.
