Terms of sale and licence

1. Who sells what

unsee designs and publishes the resources listed on this site. Payments are not processed here: every order goes through Tebex, which acts as the authorised reseller and handles the transaction, the invoice and the applicable taxes.

Tebex's own terms apply to the payment itself. The present terms cover the resource you receive and the licence attached to it.

Seller of record: Tebex Limited (company number 08129184, England and Wales). Its terms and conditions are presented on the checkout page and must be accepted before an order is placed; they are the ones that govern the sale, and they are only available in English. In case of any discrepancy with the summary given here, the Tebex version prevails for everything concerning payment, invoicing and taxes.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed on the product page in the currency shown at checkout, taxes included where applicable. The amount actually charged is the one confirmed by Tebex on its payment page.

An order is final once Tebex confirms the payment. Signing in with FiveM is required before adding anything to the cart, because the resource is delivered to that account.

3. Delivery

Paid FiveM resources are delivered through the Cfx asset escrow system: once the payment is confirmed, the resource is granted to the Cfx account used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.

A valid Cfx / FiveM account is therefore required. We cannot deliver a resource to an account that does not exist or that you do not control.

4. Licence granted

You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the resource on the servers you own or operate.

• Allowed: installing and using the resource on your own servers, adapting the configuration to your needs.
• Not allowed: reselling, sharing, redistributing or publishing the resource, in whole or in part.
• Not allowed: removing, bypassing or attempting to break the escrow protection.
• Not allowed: claiming authorship of the resource or of its source code.

5. Support and updates

Support is provided through our Discord, on the resource as it is sold: installation, configuration and bug fixes. Custom development, server-side tuning and third-party conflicts are outside that scope.

Updates published for a resource you own are made available at no extra cost through the same delivery channel.

6. Free tools

SeeSafe and MNY Switcher are offered free of charge and provided as is, with no warranty and no obligation of support or continuity. Donations are voluntary and do not create any commitment on our side.

7. Termination

Breaking the licence terms, in particular by redistributing a resource, ends the licence immediately and may lead to the revocation of the escrow grant, with no refund.

8. Liability

Resources are provided without any guarantee that they will fit a specific server setup. We are not liable for indirect damage, data loss or downtime resulting from installing or using a resource.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

9. Changes and applicable law

These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order. French law applies.
